🥗 Fried Meatballs with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g ground meat
- 1 onion
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 1 eggs
- 400 g potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Mix ground meat, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Shape into meatballs and fry in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Peel, boil, and mash the potatoes.
- 5. Stir in milk and butter into the mashed potatoes.
- 6. Serve meatballs with mashed potatoes.
