🥗 Fried Potatoes with Bacon

Ingredients
- 400 Potatoes
- 100 bacon
- 1 Onion
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Pepper
- 0.5 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cube the potatoes.
- 2. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy and remove from the pan.
- 3. Dice the onion and sauté in the bacon fat.
- 4. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper and add the bacon back.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
