Ingredients
- 4 poblano peppers
- 200 cheese (mexican or cheddar)
- 2 eggs
- 50 flour
- 500 oil
Instructions
- 1. Roast, peel and seed the chiles.
- 2. Stuff with cheese.
- 3. Separate eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
- 4. Fold in yolks and fry mixture in oil.
- 5. Fry chiles in hot oil until golden brown.
