🍗 Quick French Mustard Chicken Tower

Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast fillet (cut into cubes)
- 200 g Mushrooms (sliced)
- 150 g Onions (diced)
- 150 ml Heavy cream (min 30% fat)
- 2 EL French mixed mustard
- 20 g Butter
- 50 g Bacon cubes
- 400 g Boiled potatoes (halved)
- 10 g Parsley (chopped)
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Fry the bacon cubes in a large pot over medium heat until crispy and remove them from the pot.
- 2. Place the chicken in the fat and fry it golden brown all over.
- 3. Remove the chicken from the pot and soften the onions and mushrooms in the same pot.
- 4. Whisk the cream and mustard together in a small bowl and pour the mixture into the pot.
- 5. Return the chicken and bacon to the pot and simmer everything over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- 6. Serve the tower on the halved boiled potatoes and garnish with parsley.
