🌿 Chestnut Spinach Salad with Bhotos

Ingredients
- 150 g Baby spinach
- 200 g Whole chestnuts (cooked)
- 1 Stück Lemon
- 2 EL Chervil
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach and dry it thoroughly.
- 2. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon into a small bowl.
- 3. Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Halve the chestnuts if they are very large.
- 5. Toss the spinach and chestnuts with the dressing in a large bowl.
- 6. Finely chop the chervil and fold it into the salad.
- 7. Place the salad on plates and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
