🍲 Freedom Cottage Cheese Cream Soup

Ingredients
- 400 g Cottage cheese (20% fat)
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 20 g Chives
- 2 g Salt
- 0.5 g White pepper
- 10 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the chives.
- 2. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
- 3. Add cottage cheese, milk, and cream cheese to the pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture to 60 degrees while stirring.
- 5. Blend the soup until smooth with a hand blender.
- 6. Season with salt and white pepper.
- 7. Serve in bowls and garnish with chives.
