Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Garnieren Fresh Herbs
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan until it foams.
- 3. Pour eggs into the pan and cook over medium heat until beginning to set.
- 4. Gently lift the edges with a spatula, letting the uncooked eggs flow to the center.
- 5. Fold the omelette and serve on a plate.
- 6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
