Ingredients
- 125 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 20 g Sugar
- 30 g butter
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
- 3. Combine dry ingredients into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
- 4. Melt butter and mix it into the batter.
- 5. Heat a skillet and pour in a ladle of batter.
- 6. Cook the crêpe until golden brown on one side, flip and cook the other side.
