🥗 French Bouillabaisse

Ingredients
- 200 g Fish fillet
- 100 g Shrimp
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Stück Tomatoes
- 500 ml Fish stock
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 1 Stück Fennel
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion, garlic, and fennel.
- 2. Add tomatoes and fish stock, bring to a boil.
- 3. Stir in saffron and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Add fish fillet and shrimp, cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
