Ingredients
- 200 g Fava beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook beans until tender.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic.
- 3. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add beans and spices.
- 5. Serve with lemon juice and parsley.
