🍕 Focaccia with Olives and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 300 g Wheat flour
- 200 ml Water
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 1 TL Salt
- 50 g Black olives
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 TL Fresh thyme
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water and olive oil and knead into dough.
- 3. Let the dough rise for 60 minutes in a warm place.
- 4. Place the dough on a baking sheet and press down with hands.
- 5. Top with olives, halved tomatoes, and thyme.
- 6. Let rise for another 30 minutes and then bake in the oven.
