  1. 1. Put the sugar and 100 ml of water in a pot. Boil the sugar while stirring until it turns into golden brown caramel.
  2. 2. Pour the liquid caramel immediately into four small molds and let it cool.
  3. 3. Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick in a pot until it is almost boiling. Remove the cinnamon stick.
  4. 4. Mix the marzipan paste in a bowl with the egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. 5. Add the warm milk slowly to the marzipan-egg mixture and stir constantly.
  6. 6. Carefully pour the liquid into the prepared molds with the caramel.
  7. 7. Cook the molds in a water bath in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Check the firmness with a sharp knife.
