Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 150 g Sour cream
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, water, olive oil, and salt in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
- 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Slice the onion into thin rings and set aside.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5. Roll out the dough thinly and place it on the baking sheet.
- 6. Spread sour cream evenly over the dough, top with bacon and onions, season.
- 7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
