🍲 Fisherman's Soup (Halászlé)

Ingredients
- 300g Fish fillet
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 200g Tomatoes
- 2 TL Paprika powder
- 500ml Fish broth
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil until soft.
- 2. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly.
- 3. Stir in paprika powder and mix well.
- 4. Deglaze with fish broth and bring to a boil.
- 5. Add fish fillets and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
