1. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, cover, and cook for about 25 minutes until soft. Then drain in a colander.

3. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish sticks for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Let them drain on kitchen paper.
4. Melt the butter in a pot over high heat and sauté the onions for about 2 minutes. Add the spinach and let it wilt for about 1 minute. Pour in the cream and simmer on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then puree until smooth.
5. Serve the fish sticks alongside the creamed spinach and salted potatoes on plates. Enjoy your meal!
