🍲 Fish Soup (Halászlé)

Ingredients
- 500g Fish Fillet (e.g. Carp)
- 1 Fish Head
- 2 Onion
- 2 EL pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1l Water
- 2 EL Oil
- Nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice onions and sauté in oil.
- 2. Add fish head and water, and boil for 30 minutes.
- 3. Add fish fillet, paprika, and tomatoes.
- 4. Season with pepper and cook for another 15 minutes.
- 5. Remove fish head and serve soup.
