Ingredients
- 300g fresh white fish
- 150ml lime juice
- 1 red onion
- 10g cilantro
- 1 chili

Instructions
- 1. Cut fish into small cubes.
- 2. Pour lime juice over the fish and marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3. Slice onion into fine rings and mix with the fish.
- 4. Chop chili and cilantro and add them.
- 5. Season with salt and serve.
