Ingredients
- 300 Fish bones
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Celery
- 1 Lemon
- 1 dill
- 1.5 Water
- 0.5 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Place fish bones and vegetables in a pot.
- 2. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- 4. Strain the broth, adding lemon juice.
- 5. Season with salt and garnish with dill.
