🐟 Baked salmon with asparagus

Ingredients
- 400g salmon fillet
- 250g green asparagus
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Wash the asparagus and trim the woody ends.
- 3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place the salmon fillet and asparagus in a baking dish and brush with the marinade.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- 6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
