Ingredients
- 300 g Fish fillet (e.g. cod)
- 500 g Potatoes
- 100 g Flour
- 150 ml Beer
- zum Frittieren Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Frittieren Peanut oil
- zum Servieren Vinegar
- zum Servieren Lemon slices
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cut potatoes into thick strips.
- 2. Heat oil for frying and fry the potatoes until golden.
- 3. Mix flour and beer until a smooth batter forms.
- 4. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper, then dip in batter.
- 5. Fry fish fillets until golden brown.
- 6. Serve fried potatoes and fish.
- 7. Garnish with vinegar and lemon slices.
