Ingredients
- 300g Cod fillet
- 150g Flour
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 200ml Beer
- 400g Potatoes
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- zum Frittieren Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cut and soak potatoes in water.
- 2. Mix beer, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Heat oil in a fryer.
- 4. Dip cod in batter and fry until golden brown.
- 5. Drain potatoes, fry until crispy. Serve.
