Ingredients
- 400g cod fillet
- 100g flour
- 1 TL baking powder
- 200ml beer
- 500g potatoes
- zum Würzen salt
- zum Frittieren vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel potatoes and cut into thick strips.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot to 160 °C.
- 3. Pre-fry potato strips in the oil until slightly golden.
- 4. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then add beer to form a batter.
- 5. Dip cod fillets into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden.
- 6. Fry pre-fried potatoes again until crispy.
- 7. Drain fish fillets and potatoes on kitchen paper and season.
