Ingredients
- 2 Bread Roll
- 200 g Matjes Herring
- 1 Onion
- Blätter nach Bedarf Lettuce
- 1 Prise Mustard
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1. Slice bread rolls and spread with mustard.
- 2. Place Matjes fillets on the rolls.
- 3. Slice onion into rings and place on top.
- 4. Garnish with lettuce leaf, pepper, and lemon juice.
