Ingredients
- 300g Fish Fillet
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Slice the bell pepper.
- 3. Cut fish fillet into pieces.
- 4. Sauté onion in olive oil.
- 5. Add bell pepper and tomatoes and cook.
- 6. Add fish and cook for 10 minutes.
