Ingredients
- 300 g Fish fillets (e.g. cod)
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Eggs
- 100 g Breadcrumbs
- 100 g Cabbage
- 4 tortillas
- 1 Lime
- handvoll Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish fillets into pieces and season.
- 2. Coat fish in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- 3. Fry fish in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Slice cabbage and mix with lime juice.
- 5. Warm tortillas and place fish and cabbage on top.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
