Ingredients
- 150 g Basmati Rice
- 200 g Fish Fillet
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Salt
- 400 ml Water
- 1 EL Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Soak the rice in water.
- 2. Chop onion, ginger, and garlic.
- 3. Cut fish into cubes.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
- 5. Add ginger, garlic, and spices, and sauté briefly.
- 6. Add rice and fish, pour in water and simmer for 20 minutes.
