  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter, mix well, and knead into a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and roll up. Cut into slices.
  6. 6. Place the cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet, brush with an egg, and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
