🥗 Finnish Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients
- 500g Flour
- 100g Sugar
- 10g Dry yeast
- 250ml Milk
- 100g butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 TL Cinnamon
- 1 TL Salt
- 50ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Warm milk slightly and dissolve dry yeast in it. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- 3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter, mix well, and knead into a smooth dough.
- 4. Cover the dough and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- 5. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and roll up. Cut into slices.
- 6. Place the cinnamon rolls on a baking sheet, brush with an egg, and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
