🍖 Fesenjan (Chicken in Walnut Sauce)

Ingredients
- 300g chicken breast
- 100g walnuts
- 1 onion
- 2EL pomegranate syrup
- 3EL olive oil
- 1 Prise spices (cinnamon, turmeric)
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent.
- 2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
- 3. Grind walnuts and add, then pour in water.
- 4. Add pomegranate syrup and spices, stir well.
- 5. Simmer on low heat for about 1 hour.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
