  2. 2. Grate the carrot and add to the cabbage.
  3. 3. Add caraway seeds and bay leaf.
  4. 4. Knead the vegetables well until juice comes out.
  5. 5. Pack into a jar tightly, cover with a cloth.
  6. 6. Let ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
