Ingredients
- 1 Kopf White cabbage
- 30 g Salt
- 1 Stück Carrots
- 1 TL Caraway seeds
- 1 Stück Bay leaf
Instructions
- 1. Slice the white cabbage into thin strips and mix with salt.
- 2. Grate the carrot and add to the cabbage.
- 3. Add caraway seeds and bay leaf.
- 4. Knead the vegetables well until juice comes out.
- 5. Pack into a jar tightly, cover with a cloth.
- 6. Let ferment at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
