Ingredients
- 3 Stück Carrots
- 10 g Salt
- 250 ml Water
- 1 TL Caraway seeds
- 2 Stück Garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Cut the carrots into sticks and place in a jar.
- 2. Dissolve salt in water and pour over the carrots.
- 3. Add caraway seeds and crushed garlic cloves.
- 4. Seal the jar tightly and let ferment at room temperature for 5-7 days.
