🥗 Corn Salad Pasta with Tuna and Feta

Ingredients
- 350 g Penne Rigate
- 150 g Corn salad
- 200 g Tuna in own juice
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 3 EL Olive oil
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Prise Black pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve one cup of cooking water.
- 2. Wash and dry the corn salad. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Crumble the feta.
- 3. Place the drained pasta, corn salad, tomatoes, and tuna in a large bowl.
- 4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper.
- 5. Gently fold in the feta. Add a splash of cooking water if needed to make the sauce creamy.
- 6. Serve the pasta immediately with the remaining feta on top.
