🍲 Brazilian Black Bean Stew

Ingredients
- 200 g black beans
- 200 g pork
- 200 g beef
- 100 g sausage
- 1 onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 2 bay leaf
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak black beans overnight.
- 2. Cut meat into cubes and sauté in olive oil.
- 3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- 4. Add beans, broth, and bay leaves.
- 5. Let simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours.
- 6. Serve with rice and enjoy.
