🍲 Feijoada - Brazilian Bean Stew

Ingredients
- 300g black beans
- 200g pork
- 200g beef
- 1 onion
- 3 Zehen garlic
- 2 bay leaf
- 2 EL olive oil
- nach Geschmack salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak the beans overnight.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 3. Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onion and garlic.
- 4. Add the meat and bay leaves, stir-fry briefly.
- 5. Add the beans with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 hours.
- 6. Season with salt and cook for another 30 minutes.
- 7. Remove bay leaves before serving.
