Ingredients
- 200g mixed vegetables (e.g. tomato, cucumber, bell pepper)
- 50g lettuce leaves
- 1/2 Stück onion
- 10g fresh mint
- 3 EL lemon juice
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 1 Stück pita bread (fried and broken)
Instructions
- 1. Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
- 2. Combine vegetables, onion, mint, and lettuce in a bowl.
- 3. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- 4. Garnish with broken pita bread.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
