🥗 Fårikål - Norwegian Sheep and Cabbage

Ingredients
- 400 g Lamb
- 400 g Cabbage
- 800 ml Water
- 1 TL Black peppercorns
- 1 TL Salt
- 2 Bay leaves
Instructions
- 1. Cut lamb into large pieces and place in a large pot.
- 2. Roughly chop the cabbage and layer it over the meat.
- 3. Add water, black peppercorns, salt, and bay leaves.
- 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- 5. Let simmer gently for about 2 hours until the meat is tender.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
