Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 1 Avocado
- 1 EL Lemon juice
- 4 Radishes
- 2 EL Cilantro
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice baguette thinly and toast.
- 2. Mash avocado with lemon juice in a bowl.
- 3. Slice radishes thinly.
- 4. Spread avocado mixture on toasted baguettes.
- 5. Garnish with radish slices and cilantro.
