🥗 Falafel Bowl with Tahini

Ingredients
- 150 g Chickpeas (dried)
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic clove
- 30 g Parsley
- 50 g Tahini
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 EL Lemon juice
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
- 2. The next day, drain the chickpeas and blend them in a food processor with onion, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper until a smooth mixture forms.
- 3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- 4. Bake the falafel in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Meanwhile, mix the tahini with lemon juice and a bit of water until a creamy sauce forms.
- 6. Serve the falafel bowl with the baked falafel and tahini sauce.
