Ingredients
- 200 g Asturian Beans
- 150 g Chorizo
- 100 g Blood Sausage
- 100 g Pork Belly
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 Bay Leaf
Instructions
- 1. Soak beans overnight.
- 2. Sauté meat and onion.
- 3. Add beans and herbs.
- 4. Cover with water and let cook.
- 5. Season and serve.
