Ingredients
- 300 g Frozen Peas
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potato
- 600 ml Vegetable Broth
- 2 EL, frisch Mint
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and potato.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion until translucent.
- 3. Add potato cubes and peas and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add vegetable broth and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Add mint and puree with an immersion blender.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper.
