🍲 Pea Soup with Bacon

Ingredients
- 300 g green peas (frozen or fresh)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 EL oil
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Fry bacon cubes in a pot until crispy.
- 3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- 4. Add peas and broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Purée the soup and season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve in bowls and garnish with bacon if desired.
