🥗 Duck Breast with Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Stück duck breast
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL sugar
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Sear duck breast, skin side down.
- 2. Turn the duck and cook to desired doneness.
- 3. Let the duck rest.
- 4. Sauté onion and garlic in pan.
- 5. Add sour cream, sugar, and lemon juice.
- 6. Serve with duck breast.
