🍳 Energy Bars with Dates and Oats

Ingredients
- 150g dates
- 100g oats
- 50g almonds
- 2 EL honey
- 1 TL vanilla extract
- 1/2 TL cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Remove pits from dates and place in food processor.
- 2. Add oats, almonds, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.
- 3. Process the mixture until a smooth mass forms.
- 4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 6. Cut into bars and serve.
