🍖 Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken breast
- 4 Stück tortillas
- 200 g Black beans
- 100 g Corn
- 200 g Tomato sauce
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 1 Stück Onion
- 1 Stück Garlic clove
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan).
- 2. Sauté chicken breast with diced onion and garlic in a pan until cooked. Shred the chicken.
- 3. In a bowl, combine chicken, black beans, and corn.
- 4. Fill tortillas with the mixture, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.
- 5. Pour tomato sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
