Ingredients
- 250g Dough (flour/water)
- 200g Ground Beef
- 1 Stück Onion
- 100g Potatoes
- 50g Bell Pepper
- 100ml Oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare and roll out the dough.
- 2. Sauté the ground beef with onions and spices.
- 3. Mix cooked potatoes and bell pepper, then place in the dough.
- 4. Seal the dough and fry the empanadas.
- 5. Serve hot, with salsa on the side.
