Ingredients
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 200 g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Prise Salt and pepper
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop beef finely and season.
- 2. Chop onion and bell pepper, sauté in oil.
- 3. Add beef and cook thoroughly.
- 4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles.
- 5. Place filling on pastry circles and fold over.
- 6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
