🍲 Stew with Sausages

Ingredients
- 300 g sausages
- 400 g potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onions
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice onions and carrots, peel and dice potatoes.
- 2. Sauté the vegetables in a large pot with a bit of oil.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- 4. Slice sausages and add them to the stew.
- 5. Let cook for 30 minutes and season to taste.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
