Ingredients
- 1 Daikon radish
- 3 Sugar
- 1 White vinegar
- 1 Salt
- 1 Water
Instructions
- 1. Slice radish thinly.
- 2. In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, salt, and water.
- 3. Add radish slices to the mixture and mix well.
- 4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- 5. Can be served cold.
