🍰 Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 150 g Dark Chocolate
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly.
- 2. Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy.
- 3. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
- 4. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the chocolate-egg mixture.
- 5. Fill into glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
- 6. Garnish as desired and serve.
