Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
- 1/4 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 2. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, and onion finely.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables.
- 4. Spread the vegetables evenly in the pan and pour the eggs over them.
- 5. Let the mixture set and carefully flip to make an omelet.
- 6. Cut into pieces and serve.
