🍲 Egusi Soup

Ingredients
- 100 g Egusi Seeds
- 200 g Meat (Beef or Chicken)
- 100 g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 3 EL Vegetable Oil
- 400 ml Broth
- 1 Prise Spices
Instructions
- 1. Sauté meat with onion in a pot.
- 2. Grind egusi seeds and add to the meat.
- 3. Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Add spinach and stir well.
- 5. Season with spices and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
